The location was perfect. Very close to the center,but at the same time in a very quiet area.
The hotel was very nice and you could feel the atmosphere of Venice.
The staff was very helpful and very kind.

The hotel staff were excellent and very accommodating.
For what the room was (very simple with not a very pleasant canal view) I felt it was overpriced. The room also did not have an ironing board or steamer and I was there for work, so that was a challenge. The toilet broke on the first day, but the staff were very responsive in having it fixed. The canal view is not very pleasant and they charged extra for it.
