Location is very nice, I really liked the interior too, the room was clean and it’s really nice that water and some snacks were provided. The bed was clean and comfortable with nice pillows. I highly recommend to book here if you are coming to Venice!

Exceeded expectations, amazing location, charming building, super comfortable well appointed rooms, lovely communal relaxing areas, code entry, luggage drop so late check in not an issue, late check out (11am), quiet and peaceful in the midst of such a busy place. Extremely good value. One of the best places I’ve stayed anywhere.

It's in a good location. It's clean.
There were no staff. You had to get codes to enter, which when you arrive tired, having to call people just to get in the building is really bad. Other people arrived having the same issues so we ended up having to help them get in. There was no breakfast, and you just felt a little unsafe with it being completely unstaffed.
