As a solo female traveler I was nervous at first but Lydia working the front desk and Barbara were the Best ! They helped me with absolutely everything all my taxis transfers etc plus a free quick tour to the Murano glass factory. I cant thank them enough !

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The property was well kept up and maintained.
Location was great for those wanting views of the Grand Canal, but canal traffic early in the morning can be a little busy due to transports of supplies to different locations. Also, elderly who struggle with walking may want to stay a bit closer to main sites.

It was clean and very olden style
Shower facilities old and in bath, prefer cubicle showers. Also no room to have dining in the evening or proper meals.
