The breakfast was really unacceptable. The coffee was horrendous literally undrinkable such a shame for an Italian hotel to have bad machine coffee. The food was very mediocre and the fresh fruit did not taste fresh. Overall, the breakfast was very disappointing compared to other properties and there was absolutely no service. Anything you asked for they would simply point or say no.
I think my comments above have told you what I didn’t like. I will repeat how horrible the coffee was terrible. I’ve never been in an Italian hotel that served such bad coffee.
I also thought the toiletries were not sufficient. There was no shampoo, no body lotion, no general amenities that you would find in most bathrooms.
