Perfect location
There is a problem with tap water in the mornings, water becomes too hot for several seconds, then cold several second and this cycle repeats

We loved the location. The lobby, bar and outside canal seating were darling. They were kind to hold our bags when we arrived early and after we checked out. The breakfast was included and they had a wonderful variety.
The rooms were small, smelled closed up and musty, and were VERY basic. I anticipated and expected more character in the room. You had to sit on the toilet at an angle due to the sink size and placement. It was very strange. The room needed a few repairs near the bathroom.
