Location was excellent, right in the middle of Venice. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. Close to transport. Great location for tourists.
I cannot think of anything we did not like. Property lived up to our expectations.

We LOVED this B&B! LOVED IT! The decor, the service, the quiet, the comfortable, the amazing, the room, the furniture, the breakfast, the list can go on and on! This place was absolutely magical!

The personal attention and service was superb! a map and a video to navigate narrow streets of Venice. 2 days prior to the arrival was complete access for questions. Breakfast in room was fabulous,

The staff were fantastic! Can’t beat the location! 3 minutes walk to the Rialto Ferry stop from Airport. Matteo even provided us with all the information including pictures to get from the Airport and a video of how to get to the hotel. Breakfast was huge with lots of choices!
