Great location and beautiful princess like cozy rooms. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who’s looking to explore Venice.

Nice clean room. 3 adults sharing a room with a chaise lounge bed. Reception available 24-7 for any questions or assistance. Buffet breakfast was nice surprise (simple and sufficient). Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful letting us leave our luggage after check out and use facilities before leaving. Room was ready when we arrived (4 hours before check in time). Shower was a bit precarious but we managed. Location was superb for main Venice tourist spots (less than 10 mins walk to St Marks area).
