The accommodation was very clean, fresh-smelling and in an excellent central location, within easy walking distance of Venice’s main attractions. César was fantastic — friendly, welcoming and very helpful, providing great recommendations and assisting us with the TV. We had a very pleasant stay overall.
The only downside was an unpleasant sewage-like smell in the bathroom, which appeared on the first evening and remained until we checked out. Apart from this, everything was good.

The location is great so close to San Marco square and the vaporetto.
The bed was old, hard, worn and should be replaced. The room is small - tight and no view.
