The location made it very easy to explore the city. You can find everything you want within a 10 minute walk. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern. The bottled water was a great amenity. Also there some really good coffee included. 5 minute walk to Rialto taxi stop. The staff was very helpful and attentive. There was some excellent gelato right out of our window. Also the bed was very comfortable. Other all an excellent stay.
There was no elevator and quite a few stairs inside to get to the room. Though the staff was there when we arrived and he helped bring the luggage up. My wife says something to put toiletries on and to shave in the shower would have been better. Also bring washcloths if that’s your thing., as it’s not an Italian thing.

The location is great so close to San Marco square and the vaporetto.
The bed was old, hard, worn and should be replaced. The room is small - tight and no view.
