Very centrally located near Rialto Bridge
Dated and air conditioning not effective. While on a small canal which is romantic, late night young people in boats and music was not.

The room was very cozy and comfortable for me and my friend to stay in for a night. The breakfast in the morning was amazing with so many options and a great view of a canal from a big window. Hotel was in a central spot in Venice but it wasn't super hard to find once we figured out the path there.
The only thing I would say I didn't like was how small the bathroom was. I am a tall person and there was not even a foot of room between the wall and the toliet. Had to sit sideways or use the shared bathroom in the hall. But the shower and water pressure were good.

Excellent central location between Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. Good breakfast.
No lift and room on third floor. Air conditioning a bit noisy. Breakfast room rather small, had to wait for a table.
