Good location, friendly staff.
There was no shower head- it was broken, also no warm water in the shower.

really nice apartment, as detailed too. cleaners came daily and provided fresh towels. in a perfect location- right by Rialtos Bridge and within walking distance from all main landmarks. able to leave luggage when checked out and staff were amazing at answering any questions
bathroom door was hard to open and close, we did get stuck in. but when staff was notified they came and fixed it for us (so cannot fault them at all)

Central position, friendly staff, they changed our towels and bedsheets everyday, good value, would probably book again
The wi-fi wasn’t working and there was mold on some walls. Also you could hear every noise from the street, and there isnt someone at the reception

The hotel is in a nice and central location.
Overall it was clean but not maintained. The fridge was broken, the shower looked like it will fall apart, the furniture looks damaged.
