We loved the place, the location was really good, the staff were so friendly, we arrived there at around 10am, and they gave us the room without us even asking for early check in, really great stay, would recommend.

A superb location in a wonderful old building 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 5 minutes from St Mark’s Square. We received a great welcome from Giuliano who kept our cases so we could go and explore as we arrived early. We returned to find our cases in our spotlessly clean room with very comfortable bed and large shower. The accommodation is in a tiny, quaint and quiet street. Breakfast was great and the price for such a great location including breakfast was excellent. Giuliano was so helpful and happily accommodated our cases again after check out so we could enjoy our time before heading for the airport. We would stay here again!

The hotel was very well located. Nice and central and walking distance to main attractions. Very helpful staff prior to and during our stay. 3 minute walk to Rialto water bus stop.
At first we struggled to find the hotel as it is located down a narrow alleyway. Also, unmanned reception on arrival was unusual.

Location Great. Very Clean and Organized. Bed and Shower were great. For location and price, decent value. Room was well decorated and quiet. Breakfast had good selections.
Very difficult to find. In a small alleyway with limited signage except plaque on wall. Look for hotel address above door. Must have a private access code to enter door to lobby! Access code should come in an email the day of your visit. We missed that and had to plead with desk clerk to let us in. My fault. Breakfast is OK, but starts at 8:30 so if you have early morning tours you will miss the buffet. Room is small and as others mentioned hair dryer does not work well. No bath soap provided. Towels were not replaced. One outlet in room. Bring extension cord with your adapter. No A/C in rooms until temps rise. A lot of similar hotels do not turn on A/C till late May or June. But A/C was on in the small lobby area. In my reservation, Booking.com charged the City tax in the final price. Desk clerk would not accept that and I had to pay 10 euros in cash. I think it is Booking.com issue since most hotels do require cash payment for City tax.
