Breakfast was ok. Not the best but adequate.
Location of the hotel was first class. Easy to get to the canal and the main square.
We were on the 4th floor and there are no lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful and a porter carried our bags up, and down for us. Stairs still daunting after a long day walking round the city.

The location was perfect it’s close to all the tourist attractions but also close to the less busy area. I liked that the beds are quite large when I was expecting something smaller. I requested a view and was given a mini terrace, which I loved and used to my advantage. I would recommend for a solo traveler! Breakfast was amazing and so were all the staff. Will be staying again if in Venice!
Shower entry was quite small. Unfortunately the rooms aren’t 100% sound proof so on my second and third night it was a little loud due to other guests something the hotel had no control over. I would suggest adding more instructions on how to enter the hotel, did get a little lost.

The hotel is rather small but extremely well located.
Super clean and the staff is professional, kind and attentive.
I got a room for one person, and it was rather small but well appointed and with a great view.
Ill be back for sure!

The staff and the location also the food was very nice and well prepared
The rooms were small and there wasn’t any view and the shower was leaking leaving the whole bathroom wet and slippery
