location short walk from water boat stop, right next to bank ATM and shops and restaurants. Staff so accommodating...Nicola at reception very helpful. Breakfast room well appointed with many food options.

The staff at the front desk and were so good. We got a complimentary fruit basket as we walked in to our beautiful room and a few moments later, champagne! So classic and a great touch. Breakfast was great. Beds and room big and comfortable

The hotel staff was great. Super friendly. We actually arranged private transportation to and from the hotel before arriving and while pricy, was completely worth it. A woman met us at the train station with a sign, took us to a private taxi, the private taxi dropped us off and a hotel staff member was there waiting with a cart. He loaded all our luggage and hauled it through the tiny pathways of Venice to the hotel for us. Our friends were in Venice at the same time and did not utilize services like this and ended up lost in Venice for two hours with their heavy luggage in tow. On the back end of our stay we hired a private driver (through the hotel again) to take us to Ravenna (about 2.5 hours south) to board a cruise. This also was a great experience.
I also liked that this hotel had a great rooftop bar (with great staff) and they had a self service ice machine (a unicorn in Europe) for us to fill our water bottles.
There is nothing that we didn't like.
