Amazing location with a direct view of St. Mark’s Square! The apartment is beautifully decorated in a traditional Venetian style, which makes the stay feel very authentic. Despite the central location, the soundproofing is very good, so it was quiet and comfortable.
Unfortunately, the fridge wasn’t working and had an unpleasant smell. It would also be great to have a few basic amenities such as a kettle or coffee machine, as well as some cups and basic kitchenware.

The location and the view! Until the moment I opened the window i couldn’t believe I will be living so centrally in Venice!!! It’s just in the heart of it with beautiful basilica di San Marco just in front of the windows. We have been also positively impressed how clean the room was and that the towels have been changed every day.

Lovely view - it was about getting to know the card to swipe electrics on and connect. Room as presented in picture when we booked in for 1 night in advance.
It took the card swipe to work lights a few times. One person on reception to deal with many customers checking in and out at main hotel.

Great location! Right off the Square. The view from our window was amazing!
No elevator. The hotel is actually more like an apartment, minus a kitchen. Check in is at a different location. Not entirely close by. Not a smooth check in. I originally asked to have an early check in or to have our luggage stored, and they do not offer that service.
