The location was perfect so close to St Marks Square. Just what we wanted. The breakfast was very good for 4 days. It might get a bit boring if you stayed longer.
The decor in the room was a bit tatty but it didnt bother us at all.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right around the corner from San Marco piazza & 10 mins walk for the water taxi. We had a quadruple room which was OK but tiny and breakfast choice was a little lack lacking. Pretty much only coffee & croissant available, there were no staff on hand to ask for anything. The hotel itself was clean & nicely air conditioned.
The room was very small & smelled damp but appreciate it's a 15th century building. However, they managed to get a lift into the hotel so think the rooms could do with an update. The bathroom was tiny and shower screen not big enough so always water on the floor after a shower. It wasn't as pretty as the photos suggests. There's was no staff on site, you had to use the hotel opposite (part of the same group) for breakfast and seemed to be no one available for help/ advice.
