Good location, staff were super nice and helpful.
The ac was incredibly/strangely loud, and would constantly stop and start, genuinely stopped me sleeping, along with the street lights right outside the windows.

anything was great just no elevator for your luggage and she charges us for a late check in because we had a train strike which made us get thete at 11pm

Clean, modern and quiet. Good amenities, excellent air conditioning which was very much needed with the humidity. Beds were comfy. We were located above a busy street but the double glazing was so stealth we didn’t hear a thing with the windows shut. 2 minute walk from San Marco square. It was an excellent location close to main interests, where we could pop back for some lovely air con, freshen up and then go back out again.
Towels were provided as well as a fridge and safe. There are stairs but even with a recovering broken ankle I was able to navigate them well.

One of the most busy moment in Venice during The Biennale. Lucky to have been there. Huge thank you to Valentina who was so nice and helpful. Everything is smooth in the communication ! The room is incredibly well situated, clean and confortable without noise. Thank you for the short stay !
