We stayed for two nights and had only good things to say. Federica was always helpful and made sure we arrived without any problems. Our room was clean throughout our stay and was cleaned on both days. Snacks were included and regularly replenished. The bed was extremely comfortable. Despite the reviews we had read, particularly regarding the shower area, the bathroom was not that small; even for a larger person, it was comfortable enough to take a shower. The location is excellent, close to everything, and because our room faced a quieter street, it was extremely peaceful. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
All good!

This place was clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. Valentina was so helpful (went out of her way communicating directions and tons of recommendations) and the check-in/out process was clear and concise. The room was the perfect size, had plenty of lighting, a mini fridge, and a larger than expected shower. The staff was friendly and helpful.
No complaints at all.

Excellent location for exploring Venice. Valentina was very good at communicating with me on arrival and directions. The room was very nicely decorated, very comfortable and well set up for a short stay.
The air-conditioning unit was noisy.
