Very sweet young lady nice young lady explained everything. The host was very helpful getting us a water taxie to the airport that actually picked us up right outside the hotel. We had a welcome bottle of wine, it was quite nice. The location was great! Getting to the rooms was a challenge, I would highly recommend a water taxie to the door area, if possible. We enjoyed our stay! If I return, I would stay here aga.
The rooms were on the second level
And we are in our 70's so getting the luggage up there was a challenge. Luckily my Grandson was with us, so he did the heavy lifting!

It was very clean and comfortable. It had a lovely canal view too.
Only issue was the WIFI wouldn’t connect.

Location was really good.
Poor communication between host, I was left waiting outside property for a period of time as the housekeeper was not there upon arrival- 1600hrs not during the evening. The key for the room was left in the hallway with no instructions which didn’t seem safe. If I hadn’t contacted the property we’d have never got into our accommodation.
