Great location, gets pretty busy for the staff at check in time. Rooms can vary in quality - booked two doubles, one was nicer than the other, but overall great value for the money on Venice. Breakfast was good, as others have noticed no fresh fruit but it also was not expected for the price paid.
understaffed for check in time.

Great location, good breakfast, and friendly staff.
Room was a bit dated and needed some maintenance work, but it did not negatively impact my stay. Just an observation.
