Location was incredible amongst the shops and restaurants and sights. Great air con if a bit noisy!
Lovely small room with coffee and fridge
Bathroom was tiny. No staff sighted at all during our stay. Awkward, narrow stairs in middle of the foyer

The best location you will find in Venice 100%. Coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and the self checkout was simple. Great noise cancellation for the outside and of the neighbouring rooms but can’t hear the noise in the corridor but that is understandable
The bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner but it was still clean enough.
