Perfect idea to use this space to support young artists. Totally support this.
The location is fantastic, not far from Rialto and S.Marco, but not in the ultra busy area. Very quiet at night, which is lovely, and some very good restaurants on the square ( thanks for the recommendation )
The rooms are pretty spartan for the price you pay. Nice, but overpriced. The bed is amazing, the overall decor is ok, the shower is ok, but not a lot of water pressure.
For this money, although I know it is not a typical hotel, I would expect at least a coffeemaker and some water in the room. A bare minimum which you can expect for the price your pay.
The breakfast is at a place called Zanzibar, lovely place. only not open on Mondays.. but we liked the simplicity of that place.

Esta mal conservado para recibir huéspedes !!
Tuvimos problemas con el agua .. no había agua caliente !! Y no había ningún servicio .. ni una máquina de cafe ..
era sólo la habitación con la cama y un baño sin calefacción y poca luz !!!! Sería un excelente lugar para galería de arte !!
