Noi abbiamo preso la suite piu costosa con balcone sul canale. La stanza era principesca, con una finestra enorme ed il balcone che si affacciava direttamente sul canale. Potevamo sederci fuori e goderci il passaggio delle gondole, bellissimo. I gondoliere ci salutavano. La stanza era un po vintage, con qualche accessorio anni 90 e il condizionatore un po vecchiotto, ma una camera del genere con quella vista sarebbe costata 3 volte tanto in un altro albergo.

The location is perfect, walking distance to everything we wanted to see! The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious, with a beautiful view of the canal from our balcony. We could’ve sat and watched the gondolas all day. Thank you to Andrea the manager for upgrading us to a room with a balcony!
Nothing really. If I’m being picky, the bathroom could use some bench space.

Location was great, walking distance to major attractions, restaurants etc.
Staff were unfriendly. Breakfast didn’t much variety.

Close to main attractions
No electrical plugs to charge our electronic devices.
Room was warm as we could not open the balcony door at night due to mosquitos and no air con except heater.
The room was a bit dusty.
One of the female staff was very rude and unfriendly.
