Maybe a little more info as to....how to reach hotel from airport and train...use the water taxi

We loved the location for sure was close to St Marks square the famous Rialto bridge we were right beside a boat station and gondolas outside was perfect .
We loved the terrace up the top was a favourite place for an afternoon beverage.
The first night the alley way had a restaurant with a party that was going right off . Very hard to sleep that night .

The location was perfect, right near the Rialto ferry station, from which you can reach airport / any other city ferry station quickly. One can reach San Marco square within 15 minute walk from the hotel, there are many shops/restaurants around as well. Breakfast is served both inside and on the terrace with the view of Rialto bridge. There is another terrace for the guests on 1st floor which one can enter freely. Many thanks for the hotel's personnel for their kindness, hospitality and assistance in booking the boats whenever we needed them!
The bathroom could have been maintained better, as the shower fixtures had some water stains/limescale, there were few visible stains on the walls as well

The roo needed work. More outlets needed. Loved the location
very outdated room, and needed more outlets and charging stations.
