Extravagant room, best pillows in italy, bathroom was clean and functional, location was as good as it gets, venice was so beautiful, only regret was not booking more nights. Matteo met us at the door and showed us to our room, after giving very clear instructions on how to find the place. He even carried my girls case up the stairs and let us leave the bags there a couple hours till check in time.
The private bathroom was down a common hall, not really a problem, just slightly inconvenient.

Our Gold room was stunning! Very Venetian and lux. Beautifully renovated and great location. The Canal view with Gondolas passing was an added bonus!

It was close to everything we wanted to easy. Easy to get around. Loved the canal view room and seeing the gondolas go by with singing too!
The steps to bring luggage in was hard! Didn’t like having to leave room to go to bathroom. Still would stay again because the pros outweigh the cons

Room was beautifully decorated in Venetian Style. Complimentary drinks in minibar were most welcome after a very hot day travelling. Host Matteo gave excellent directions and met us to carry luggage upstairs for us which was very nice of him. Was close to all attractions. Loved our gondola ride - would definitely go back if ever in Venice again😎
