Great location, room and bathroom were a good size, comfortable, good cupboard space with a safe. Provides everything you need. It's not new or modern but has a certain charm. Breakfast is typical fare, perfectly adequate.
Nice lobby where you can sit and rest. Staff very helpful. I'd stay there again.

Loved that we could hear singing gondoliers through our window from time to time, loved that the place has a deliberate old world Venetian feel. The breakfast was convenient and quite good. The cappuccino was excellent. The location was exceptionally convenient to waterbus and St. Mark’s Square.

I was an amazing experience. Starting with the location, it was an easy walk from the Rialton Waterboat stop. (5 minutes). The place was super clean. Breakfast buffet was perfect, had the best orange juice and coffee. Plus croissants, cheeses, prosciutto and more.
Staff was pleasant and great. Super attentive and friendly.
We would highly recommend it and we will repeat again
