Very clean and well presented, really nice staff and a good central location in Venice.
Would have been good if there had been a microwave or iron but that’s about it. A very nice place

Great location near restaurants and easy walking distance to most things. Also not far from the vaporetto/boat route. Room was a little old but still comfortable.
The room smelt like stale cigarettes when we first arrived. The three bathrooms were a little run down and they didn’t have bath mats 2/3 nights we stayed so the floor got very wet.

The location
No one there to ask for help. It was very uncomfortable and noisy in the mornings. They say there is a kitchen but it’s only a fridge, literally nothing else.
