Great location, responsive and nice staff, breakfast included, comfy single bed after replacing cot, Netflix available, large tv, daily water bottles, & quiet despite being close to a main thoroughfare.
Room was stuffy and hot, couldn't control the minisplit.

In the very centre of Venice. A bit hard to find in the dark! Clean and quiet. Two bathrooms and two large bedrooms.

The property is in an excellent location, a very short walk to the Rialto Bridge and a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc surrounding it. The room was warm and very clean and quaint. We didn’t have any issues with noise despite being in a very central location. The room had juice and some snacks and yoghurt in it for us to use too, which was a lovely touch and became useful when we had an early wake up.
The bed was very soft so not great support to lie on. The room is on the smaller side too which was ok for 2 nights and not spending much time in the room for my partner and I but we would have struggled to stay longer. Not a bad thing, but something to note is this is not a hotel either, you get your key through a lock box and don’t really cross paths with any staff, but we found we didn’t really need this.

Great location. Nice decor and was lovely to have fruit and muffins available when we arrived. The layout with two bathrooms and getting the hot water to work was a bit confusing at first but Andrea cleared things up for us. TV worked with streaming. Bed was comfy.
The sound proofing wasn't great - quite noisy as its above a restaurant. Shower was small and hot water didn't work in one of the bathrooms which was a bit confusing - but it did work in the second bathroom.
