Great location, staff were accommodating and friendly, room was lovely, aircon was very welcome, shower was amazing - high water pressure and various different settings. Breakfast was plentiful.
Breakfast room was on the small side… that’s all I can think to say!

We loved the location of this property. It was super central and close to everything! Breakfast was amazing, our host was wonderful and took great care of us!
The beds are super hard and could do with being replaced.
It would be nice to have coffee mugs in the room as there are coffee packets but no cups only glasses. Also there were not enough packets/tea bags for the number of visitors in the room. Needs refilling daily. Only a small thing!

Fantastic! Great location between Santa Lucia Station and the Rialto. Also, only 100m away from Ca d'Oro and its Vaparetto stop, and a few metres from the gondola ferry (€2!) that crosses the Grand Canal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast superb. Room very comfortable. Situated on Strada Nuova, there are plenty of places to eat and drink at reasonable prices. The hotel is situated in an interesting old building, but note that you need to climb 2 flights of stairs. (The staff always help with your luggage). A gem of a place. We'll be back!
