Location is close to train station and ACTV. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. The property is an art gallery and hotel with very warm welcoming concierge hosts. Breakfasts and drinks were good in the morning and having our own wine and cheese on the veranda in the evening felt very special.

Great location. Beautiful interior. The breakfast is fantastic. The bed is very comfortable. Whenever we go to Venice this is our top pick. We have stayed here at least 10 times and every time it is a wonderful experience . Looking forward to our next visit .

The staff was so accommodating, answering any questions, the small lobby had great coffee that we enjoyed on their balcony overlooking the canal.

Staff was friendly, very helpful of property not that well maintained.
Old Property, most of the bath room fittings are bad or broken. Very low quality shower gel, no shampoo or conditioner. Got mislead by the reception area. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
