Location was perfect and ideally close to all attractions and activities. Service and hotel staff were excellent and really cater to our needs. The room was a typical Venetian style which gave it character. There are a lot of fantastic traditional restaurants close by too. 5 stars.

Beautiful central location. Room was very spacious. Staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was amazing. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location and to some extent breakfast patio.
We were not assigned the type of room we had requested. It was smaller than the room description and photos indicated, in a building away from the main building, There was some mold smell as well. One of the breakfast waitresses seemed irritated when asked for some breakfast items that ran out well before closing time.
