Very good location for me. I traveled by car, so there is near to SanMarco Garage. And pleasure walking to touristic area of Venice. Very clean. And very polite stuff. Venice athmosphere. Very good ice cream next to.
Maybe bed would be more comfortable. For me was ok but my wife complain a little.

Charming hotel in a great location. Santa Croce is a quieter part of Venice - where Santa Lucia train station is located. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The location was perfect and the staff very helpful.
Very small outdated room. Fridge didn’t work. Breakfast table was in reception.
