Location was reasonable as it was close to train and bus station but far from main attractions.
Room was comfy and clean.
We could hear everything happening outside. Sounded like people were talking right outside out window even though we were on 1st floor.
Shower cubicle was so tiny it was difficult to use.
The bathroom was external but you had to lock yourself in with a key because the door kept popping open. They need to do a little bolt on the inside of the door instead

The room was clean and pleasant. Access is via a keypad code, and we experienced a small issue on our last day when the code changed and we couldn't get in. However, the host responded promptly to our messages and helped us resolve the issue. The entrance is located at the beginning of a small alley, which is worth mentioning for anyone arriving for the first time.

Location is excellent. You can take the bus from the Venice Marco Polo Airport to Piazzale Roma and from there it is only within 5 minutes walking distance. Also, we travelled to other city afterwards by train, it was only 10 minutes walking to the St Lucia station. Quiet area and some 20 mins to walk to Basilica di San Marco. We also appreciate the opportunity to drop our luggage prior to check in time. Accommodation is clean and spacious enough.

Clean comfy bed and good ac
It was an absolute maze trying to get in, staff was terrible on the phone, you need cell service to get in, & the walls are paper thin
