Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast
Stairs. Our room was on the 3rd floor. No lift and hard for my husband to carry heavy cases up 3 flights of narrow stairs

Very close to the train station and all the activities in Venezia including the water taxi’:

Located next train/Bus/Water taxi(all lines)this was an excellent room.Breakfast(continental)was fresh.Contempoary stylish rooms,just 3rd storey for us with no lift for heavy cases.Not a problem for a mini break tourist.We were starting a cruise.

The location was good. Close to the train station. Room was clean.
Room was very noisy, a weird humming sound going at all time. Cleaning staff started hoovering the hallways at7.45 am.
The place was so noisy they left ear plugs on the bedside lockers.
There was one, very flat, pillow each.
Only seen reception staff when checking out.
There was also no lift so as we were on the top floor it was very hard taking the luggage up and down.
