Great service. Booking.com had promised us an early check in. Tye hotel said they didn’t do early check in and booking.com often made promises not signed off on by the hotel. Nonetheless, they did arrange for us to check in earlier. Delicious breakfast. Great rooftop restaurant. Perfect location.
Room very small. Bed very small for 2 people.

Staff was frinedly , food was good , location was excellent with metro very close , it was clean everyday
I didnt like the space , even though I had economy room , , rooms could be a bit bigger or at least have more hangers for clothes , but you know... who goes to Istanbul for staying at the hotel ?

Good location and the staff was polite and helpful.
The rooms and the bathroom were too small. Barely enough space to stand and take a proper bath in the shower. The AC didn’t work for the first night and it was hot. Though they fixed it and it worked well for the rest of the stay, but the first night was difficult.
