The staff and service was excellent in every way, any request we had was dealt with instantly without us ever feeling like a bother (not as common when traveling with an infant). Location is superb with every cultural site within walking distance and close to Marmaray/metro. Bathroom felt a lot more modern than the rest of the room, spatious and well kept. And don't bother walking far for food, Salude served our best dishes during our time in Istanbul and once again service was 10/10. For a three night stay and regarding the price we were absolutely satisfied.
Breakfast left a lot to wish for which was wierd as restaurant at night was wonderful. Veggies didn't always feel fresh and the börek (that apparently was every days main dish) was often out. The furniture was a bit outdated, the wardrobe squeaked a lot at doors a bit loose which wasn't optimal having a napping baby. Room was in general very small, not as much of an issue for us but if space is important this hotel is not for you. Corridores are so tight that any stroller wider than travel size or wheel chair would not be able to pass through. No trashcan other than the bathrooms.

I liked the location and reasonable price. Cleaned every day. Good variety for breakfast buffet. Good view out of a window, a lot of amenities included.
Did not have wifi for a whole day. During breakfast, coffee was horrible one day, and found molded tomato. Blankets on bed are size of towel. Pretty dirty and old suite. Very less space in the room. Cleanliness is just on surface, dig a little bit inside - dirty. Bathroom is smelly, old, going to mold very soon.
