All the hotel staff were kind, helpful, and provided excellent advice. The room was cleaned meticulously every day, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. A truly outstanding hotel with exceptional service.

The accommodation is well-located, with average cleanliness and organization
The staff were not very helpful.
The room had small cockroaches, and the air conditioner was not working properly.
During checkout, we had to carry our luggage ourselves while the staff stood watching without offering any help.
