Понравилось абсолютно всё. Отель очень удобно расположен - в шаговой доступности множество исторических достопримечательностей (Дворец Токапы, Собор Св.Софии, Голубая мечеть, парк Гюльхане), рядом остановки общественного транспорта, с которых можно добраться в другие районы Стамбула. Сотрудники отеля очень вежливые и внимательные ко всем гостям, быстро решают все возникающие вопросы, хорошо говорят по-русски.
Администрация отеля сделала бесплатный апгрейт до номера Делюкс. Номер очень просторный, удобные матрасы и подушки, постельное белье идеальной чистоты. Хорошая уборка номеров. Хорошие завтраки по меню на любой вкус. Я рада, что остановилась в этом отеле.

The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. We especially appreciated their warm attitude towards our family and children. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff also helped us with our luggage when we left.
The rooms are a little small, especially for families with children. However, everything else was good and the staff were very helpful.

Amazing location, very friendly staff willing to help and make the stay as good as possible in the giving conditions.
Dated rooms, mediocre breakfast, might be a bit more clean in bathroom but still ok.
