Excellent location, on a quiet street in the very center of Istanbul. The rooms were perfectly clean, all functioned well and the nice balconies offered us a wonderful view of Hagia Sophia and part of the Gulhane Park - as does, in fact, the terrace at the last floor, where the breakfast is served. The staff was very polite and helpful. Most convincing of all: my friend and I stayed here for the third time, and we hope to return before not very long (Inshallah!)
The mattresses could be a bit firmer, for a better sleep. And a bit more diversity in the breakfast menu would do wonders.

My room did not a window, mould in the shower, empty mini bar, but water, no service in the bar in the terrace

I highly recommend this hotel — excellent value for money and a great location, also close to public transportation. The area where it’s located is a thousand times better than Taksim — I know what I’m talking about since it’s not my first time in Istanbul.
The young man, Hussein, was very helpful, welcoming, and always smiling.
The breakfast was good — we had everything we needed.
The room was a bit small, but since we didn’t spend the whole day there, it wasn’t a big deal.
Note: some rooms have windows facing a wall — just so you’re not surprised when you arrive.
If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t the right place for you. But if you’re coming for shopping and to explore the city, it’s the perfect choice — you can book it with your eyes closed!
I truly recommend this hotel, and for my future trips to Istanbul, I’ll definitely come back and wouldn’t change it for another one.
Because there were so many things I liked, I forgot about the ones I didn’t.
