I love this hotel and I want it to continue to do well.
I did have a request for someone to assist me with a small problem in my room.
No one came to assist me.
There was a man working that day who did not follow up on my issue.
The carpet area near the elevator on the 5th floor needs some attention.
I hope they can clean the stains,
I really appreciate all of the available television channels.
The restaurant staff are all amazing!!!

My arrival was very nice as a wonderful man working at the reception area helped me with my luggage. The taxi could not park in front of the hotel due to the tramline in front of the hotel.
I needed help walking to the hotel and the manager offered to assist me.

Really well located hotel with an excellent breakfast. Staff changed our room to the rear of the hotel when we asked a quiet room. I would definitely stay again

Great Location to get anywhere in the city you need. Easy walking area right out your door - as well as a tram stop close by. Simple hotel but very comfortable and reasonable. And includes a very nice Turkish breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. A great place to stay in Istanbul. All food and shopping right there and at better prices than any of the bazaars.
