The location was excellent, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean when we arrived, and the terrace was a really pleasant place to sit and work. We also appreciated having tea and coffee available there throughout the day.
The room was quite small, and during our four-night stay it was not cleaned at any point.

we had 7-night stay! Perfect location just 200m from metro and tram, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, and hot shower. Staff were helpful and gave us two single beds and a high-floor room as requested. Breakfast was ok, nice and cozy area at the roof, the lady who prepare food was very sweet, cleaning done almost daily for the bathroom.
Our 7-night stay had some issues that could be improved. The toilet sometimes kept running after flushing, and the bathroom wasn’t very soundproof. We also noticed a slight smell on some days. The room lacked a few basics like water, a kettle, and tissues (only toilet paper provided), and the floor could have been cleaner. Breakfast was the same every day, which got a bit repetitive, and the elevator is quite small. With some attention to these details, the stay could be much better
