camera spaziosa e ottimo materasso

le informazioni non corrette sul sito, si parla di disponibilita' di spoa e palestra, mentre risultano chiuse, l'hotel, da dire che e' una attivita' lodevole, ospita credo profughi dell'ucraina, ma avere un hotel pieno di bambini lasciati liberi di scorazzare per i corridoi o bivaccare nei pianorottoli dei vari piani non e' il massimo, la direzione deve tener conto anche di gente che e' in hotel per lavoro e che ha necessita' di riposare, in altri casi dove c'erano le stesse situazioni, hanno destrinato uno o due piani a questio ospiti piu che graditi e gli altri a chi viaggia per lavoro

Not as advertised, the negative outweighs the positive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The bathtub and shower were nice, and the look of the room, although dated, was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a nice selection.

We booked this hotel because it advertised shuttle services to the airport , close to shops, and had an indoor pool. The main reasons for choosing this location. Turned out the shuttle service only ran at certain times of day, no chance for early flights, so we ended up having to get a taxi. We looked everywhere for the pool, and after no luck finding it, asked the front desk clerk and was told they no longer had a pool. There were vending machines on every floor but were not working so the only option for drinks or snacks was to either go several blocks to the nearest shop, or buy from the in-house restaurant where the cost was more than double than the machines. The room had a refrigerator but unfortunately it did not work so even drinks we purchased from the shops, would not get or stay cold. Unless you and the children were drinking alcohol or coffee, there wasn’t many options. The biggest disappointment was the bed. Very uncomfortable, comparable to sleeping on rocks. Nearly impossible to sleep on. WiFi was nearly nonexistent, had to log out and use the roaming service from our phone service provider, the negative outweighed the positive for us.

We chose the hotel because it is corporate. The hotel was above our expectations. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly. It was very good that they provided a free shuttle service to the airport with a reservation.

The location of the hotel is far from the center. From Roma Termini, you can take the Metro B line to the EUR Fermi stop in 20 minutes. From there, you can take the 705 bus from the bus station and reach the hotel in 35-40 minutes. However, the bus does not pass very often, it passes every hour.

Nice facility, nice room, restaurant, good location.

Came from overseas and was exhausted when we arrived at 11:00 AM. Room wasn’t ready until 2:00 PM. Wish hotel could have had rooms available before 2PM.

Hotel that makes your stay comfortable.

Our stay was very good. Food also very good, and they have free shuttle service to the airport which is also very good 👍 Staff helpful. Reception very well trained staff. Highly recommended.

Very good value for money but a little off the beaten track

Room was large and spotless. Lady on reception was very polite, knowledgeable and informative.

Evening meal service although excellent was a little slow in arriving

The bathroom. Toilet was under the sink ! I have never seen that! What architect was so stupid enough to place the toilet almost under the sink !?

Couldn’t use the pool, tv kettle not working, paper cups for drinks what are we kids, powdered milk, communication about my shuttle pick up didn’t happen, we had to pay for a taxi. Staff didn’t really exist. I would walk up to check in and out and they would walk away. The area was in the middle of nowhere, we ordered dinner from the hotel, pretty basic.

Very pleasant and well looked after.

It was very clean, and accomodated our needs. First we was given a sofa bed but after complaining that it wasnt comfortable they changed our rooms to bwtter beds.

The website had pictures of a swimming pool. But wasnt available. Then the pics should be taken off.

Old room, double bed was 2 single bed unified, no towel as a carpet for the shower (had to use one of the towels available for the face), toilet seat not well fixed, no attention to details. Ask for a possibility of a 1h early check-in, but only if paid, otherwise the room is not available (either it is or it is not...)

Good distance between airport and center of Roma, shuttle bus, good breakfast.

Be careful for the shuttle bus that have fixed hours. It is better to call the hotel directly to have the schedules and make the reservation.

One warm quiet night

This hotel is located outside of Rome. We booked a night to rest in preparation for the next morning flight. It is located around 20 minutes drive to both international airports ( FCO and CIA) and the hotel provides free shuttle busses upon request. The room was cozy, warm , beds and pillows were perfect. And the breakfast exceeded all our expectations. Thank you all the kind staff for your welcoming smiles and rapid services.

Only small bars of soap were available at the bathroom. Also we had some trouble trying to figure out how to run the electricity using the door key - the lights were on for a while and then suddenly they turned off!

Fair room, spacious and kettle available Free secured parking available Pleasant staff Classy neighborhood Big supermarket not very far

Some bathroom tools seems very old The requested king size bed was actually 2 single beds connected, not very comfortable The neighboring rooms were hosting guests with lots of children making a lot of noise and playing in the main corridor till late in the night You must have your own mean of transportation.
