I liked the hotel location. Breakfast was good. Air condition did not work well. Room at 26.5 c which is too hot when it is 90 to 100 outside. Thermostat locked! Complained several times and nothing done. Refrigerator was not cold. Complained and nothing done. Front desk had no personality. Breakfast staff very nice. Tie backs for curtains were broken so had to tied. Lights missing in chandelier. No umbrella on balcony, had to ask for one yo be delivered. For the amount we paid, it should’ve been a lot better. WiFi did not work in room but worked on balcony. Let them snd they didn’t seem to care.

Real fast was delicious and consistent. Full of options. Staff was very polite but the building amenities didn’t allow the staff to truly assist.
The AC was not functioning properly throughout our 6 day / 5 night stay. It stayed at a 25-28 degree celcius (77-82 F) due to a preset temp for the entire property.
