At the centre of the piazza, right in front of the bus and ferry stops.
Has an elevator from the lobby. Serves a nice breakfast with good options, delicious pastries. My room had a nice sea view and a nice little balcony.
There are 27 steps to enter the hotel. That being said, there are 60 steps to enter the Duomo cathedral which is beautiful and shouldn’t be missed. Steps are a fact of life in Italy, so get ready. My bed was quite firm. I had a nice view but also faced all the bus / port action so a bit noisy

The location was perfect. Room size was good and had all the facilities. Staff was also very friendly and they also helped me in carrying my luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was reasonable. Mostly bakery items. Only problem was that the air condition wasn’t cooling. Otherwise the stay was perfect.
The air condition in the room wasn’t cooling. I didn’t complain too but it didn’t get fixed so I had to keep the terrace door open in order to keep the room temperature pleasant but then early in the morning there was a lot of noise of the road cleaning staff and facilities so I had to get up in the middle of my sleep to close the door.

Close to the town and ideal access to any of the attractions in Amalfi
We had sea views which were amazing but the noise from the traffic outside the window got a little tiresome.

Location is right in the piazza, but the windows are well sound-proofed. Very convenient to also have a valet parking by another operator only 2 mins walk from hotel. Shower was great, toilet has bidet which is major plus point
There are steps to the reception/hotel, consider this when have big heavy luggage. There are no hanging spaces for towels or place to put toiletries in the bathroom
