Raczej nie skorzystam więcej z pobytu.

Blisko centrum

Stosunek repceonisty w momencie zamaldownia. Brak możliwości zmniejszyć temperaturę w pokoju i otwarcia okna, co sprawiło że czuło się jak w puszce bez swierzego powietrza. Co spowadowalo szybszym wyjazdem.

Śniadanie smaczne.Trochę za szybko są zabierane talerze, miałam wrażenie, ze jesteśmy przez cały czas śniadania obserwowani, czy już zjedliśmy, żeby posprzątać.Rozumiem idee, bo dużo osób i jest potrzeba sprawnego sprzątania, ale wszystko musi byc z umiarem.Telefon leżał na stole, filiżanka i wystarczyło się ruszyć po dolewkę kawy, żeby zastać pusty stolik

Komfortowo i czysto

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Miły i pomocny personel. Pokój czysty, wygodne łóżko. Komfortowa przestrzeń do wypoczynku.

Delikatny hałas z innego pokoju. Ale to czynnik na który się nie ma wpływu.

It was normal but didn’t meet our expectations at all.

Delicious food for breakfast. Good swimming pool.

Almost everything. We came to this hotel for honeymoon and wasn’t any congratulations from hotel. Also when you booking hotel there is no info that parking is paid, but parking cost 100 zlot per day. Outside the window there is construction site and noise from 6 am. in the morning until 10 p.m. in the evening. In the room there is door which connect your room with other room and you can hear everything whats happening in other room. One day when I was opening the curtains, the cornice fell on my head (luckily not my kid) and lobby just say that will repair and ask how I feel, but didnt offer any present or compensation. One day in the next room all night couple f*uck.

Уставший отель с высокими ценами. Паркинг от 100 zl ночь, завтрак от 200 zl за человека

После моих замечаний номер заменили, но регулятор кондиционирования так и не работал.

Мне не понравилось, что мне дали номер с поломанным датчиком кондиционирования, грязным ковром и неприятным запахом. Создаются большие очереди на ресепшен, отель уставший, нет свежести в номере, не открываются окна.

everything really good.

they could have a work room, some computer and a printer to use. I really wanted to print some papers, and I had to handle them to receptionist and they printed it. it was ok, but for such a big hotel with people coming for bussines purposes, they should have a "work space".

Marvelous city break

Well located. Clean. Generous breakfast buffet. Good coffee. Restaurant is excellent. Two young creative Chefs deliver a very tasty menu. Staff is helpful and provides a 5 star service.

TV reception is terrible. The Russian neighbour at work? A room for two booked and paid should have two bathrobes, two sauna sleepers and two towels. Not crucial for my positive evaluation but annoying details.

Everything was amazing, location, food , service.

I'm just a bit disappointed about the view that i had from my room, it was not on the city but on a broken road. Then i had to pay my breakfast on the second day but it was already included on my booking for both of the days

Really good value for money especially if you get the breakfast deal.

Very spacious rooms. Not a genuine 5 star hotel but better than 4 star. Close walk to one of the best parks that I have been to in any city and only 5 minutes by bus to the centre. The buffet breakfast was really good.The staff were polite and helpful. Good value for the money we paid and will definitely stay again if in Warsaw.

Rooms are a little dated but well offset by the extra space and big bathroom with a big bath. Aircon a little loud.

Nice hotel with fair price

Great hotel for fair price, clean rooms, nice pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Excelent breakfast with choices also for vegans (tofu, plant milk). I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall, great choice at reasonable price.

Spacious room with large bathroom. Well furnished, very clean and quiet. There is a shower and a bath in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and complaisant. At the floor level there is a bar and restaurant with great menu at an fair prices. Chicken breasts get my special recommendation :). Great gym, excellently equipped and 18m long pool. You can get the towel and slippers at the entry. There are coolers with drinking water inside. Spa zone contains sauna and hammam. Overall, great choice at reasonable price.

Couple of little things that need more attention from the staff: sometimes there were no glasses at the gym. There was the coolers with water but no way to drink it.. Sauna was closed on day for some reason without any explanation. Just switched off.

Best value for money in 5-stars hotels choice in Warsaw.

The most affordable 5-star hotel in Warsaw. Yet the price is justified by some flaws...

My room was very cold. I could not set it up higher than 22* Celsius degree. Also, the panel to set up the temperature was broken, it was falling inside the wall :) there is no way room service did not realize that when making up the room a soft touch only made if fell inside. 2nd thing was the bathroom door, it was broken (we could not shut it) also there is no way room service could not realize that when preparing the room. I did not ask for a room change as I was traveling with a small child who fall asleep quickly so there was no way to call for a fix. Yet the room temperature and bathroom door should NOT happen in 5-star hotel.

A taste of luxury from a few decades ago... The Regent Hotel is still worth staying at.

Clean room, comfortable beds, nice and professional staff, nice breakfast.

Although the Regent Hotel's glory years have passed (the equipment in the rooms and bathrooms, although of good quality, is not the latest), everything still functions well and gives a sense of comfort.

everything was ok

very good breakfast, spacious room

very small jacuzzi, steam sauna was not warm enough. Also, I asked for the extra bed prior to arrival and it was confirmed, however, there was no extra bed and additional towels in the room once we arrived

value for money 🤞

the staff were very helpful.From the restaurant, the reception to housekeeping. Everything about them was nice and they were always ready to help. They didn’t make it awkward so it was very Easy to ask for help and directions.
