I had a lovely large suite which was bright and airy. Easily luggage-draggable to the train station. Plenty of restaurants and groceries and bars in the area, although not much historic.
Climate control was a bit complicated, and TV was not intelligent. Decor mid-century modern (good) meets Ukrainian wannabe oligarch (more controversial).

We had an amazing time in Warsaw, and I truly believe that the NYX Hotel contributed greatly to our experience. The location was perfect, the interior spaces were beautiful, and the service from the staff was impeccable.
We had two separate rooms with our teenage children. I paid the extra fee for an upgrade to a higher floor, and it was 100% worth it! We stayed on the 17th floor, and the view was absolutely amazing!The rooftop bar was also fantastic! Finally, the breakfast offered an incredible variety of both savory and sweet options—you simply didn’t know what to choose first! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had.

The decor, bed was good
Pillows, shower did not work properly, no hot water, kept going cold, heating was not working.no kitchen nor toom service after 22 30, not good enough for this kind of hotel,no slippers in room, this is unacceptable at this day and age and the rate paid
