Room - Big and spacious. Large window. Large bathroom. Very clean.

Breakfast had a really good selection. The staff are always happy to help. Room was really comfortable and nice and clean and tidy. Housekeeping were really good too.
We did have someone walking into our room one evening even with a do not disturb notice on our door.
Also check-in was quite disappointing because there was queues outside the door and lots and lots of people coming at the same time. Maybe a staggered check-in time would work better to take the pressure off your front of our staff which did amazingly well in a stressful situation.

Location ,setting
Aircon and fridge not working. No help from reception. On line check in did not make any difference to the long waiting. Substandard bathroom.
