hotel dalla vista mozzafiato

Ci è stata assegnata una camera al 27 piano come richiesto per godere della vista sulla città. camera pulita e accogliente a pochi passi dalla metro. buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Niemal wszystko. Wygodne łóżko, piękny widok z okna, miła i fachowa obsługa, wspaniała lokalizacja

Drobiazg: brak gniazdka blisko łóżka. I odnoszę wrażenie, że śniadania jakiś czas temu były trochę lepsze, więcej było warzyw kiełków itp.

bizensowo nie polecam - za dużo problemów

Śniadanie było dobre, świetna lokalizacja, niezły widok, względnie niezłe materace

zamienione pokoje względem rezerwacji - pracownicy zostali nierówno potraktowani. Problemy z potwierdzeniem karty przypisanej do rezerwacji wynikające z przyczyn hotelu, próby odwołania rezerwacji. W pokoju zapach w łazienkach nie skłaniał do kąpieli, zamiast zamówionych podwójnych dużych łóżek w jednym z trzech pokoi otrzymaliśmy dwa pojedyncze, dość wąskie. Przy kwotach za pobyt w tym miejscu, to bardzo niski standard, bardziej z lat 80 ubiegłego wieku. Słaby stosunek jakości do ceny.

The hotel's location is great. The breakfast was extraordinary. We were on the 20th floor, the view was really nice. We could park the car in the garage (70 PLN/day).

We experience discrimination .. One of the staff let someone check in 1:10pm that just arrived.. then when I try to ask again if we can check in she says NO.., and wait for more longer time .. that lady staff must be fair for any different races..

the service of the staff in reception was terrible. We did not feel well treated at all. Not good light in the room. No plugs near the beds.

It could be a very hotel, if....

Clean, very confortable bed, excellent breakfast.

Well...where to start. Extremely rude staff. But not only one person, all of them. Examples: 1. we ask the lady first day to call us a taxi, Ele taxi. She said no, she can only call other company. What!???? We asked her several times, finally she did. 2. we had to start soon to catch our flight, we asked if we can go sooner to eat a brakfast with 10 min (it start 6:30, we wanted to start 6:20). They said NO. 3. We asked for breakfast box because of the early start( that 10 min), we only ask if we can get one coffee next to the breakfast box to take away, they said NO. 4. In the evening we said, we okay, we want a breakfast box for next morning, they said NO, too late to ask at 9:45, kitchen closed). But he didnt mentioned previously we need a time limit to ask this service, which I cant understand, because breakfast box should be prepared in the morning fresh, not previous night. When we resqest this thing they always swich to polish language, that we dont understand to discuss it between them. I had many business travel in my life, a lot in Warsaw, but I never experience this unflexible behavior from **** hotel staff. We regret to not choose Novotel, as always, they never let themself this kind of behavior.

Central stay in Warsaw

A superb stay in Warsaw. Room with excellent views, very spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast, with various options. Also located in a very central area of the town, with a relative short distance to almost all the important spots.

Private parking could be included in the fare.

The room was not for 4 people. It was small and there was only one bed and an uncomfortable sofa, without sheets! The bathrooms smells bad. Expensive
