Great location within walking distance of the central bus and train stations, conference center, and city center, with plenty of shops, groceries (Biedronka just across the street), and restaurants nearby. The hotel was spotless - we especially appreciated the little message under the bed saying “this has been cleaned too” :) The room was very quiet, had a nice view, and the powerful AC was much appreciated during the hot summer days. Wi-Fi was seamless and strong, and despite the hotel being fully booked, we never had to wait long for an elevator. Complimentary water every day and the ice machine on the floor were great little extras.
The price is perhaps a little on the higher side, and the breakfast is definitely too expensive - having brunch nearby was a much better-value option.

Clean and the beds were comfy and the cotton sheets and pillows were bliss
The toiletries were lovely too

Location is perfect
The hotel, its rooms and facilities need a bit of refurbishment. It is rather worn off with tired staff.
