The best people ever! Super friendly and helpful front desk. Anything I needed they were there. Literally favorite hostel I've ever been to for so many reasons and the front desk was the primary.
Shared bathrooms so sometimes had to wait a little especially leading up to a 10am checkout when everyone was trying to use the bathroom. The front desk was nice enough to let me stay in the common space for most of the day though and use the bathroom facilities after my checkout.

This hostel is real gem! Cute, good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. As a young woman solo traveler I felt amazing with hostel located in a nice neighborhood and even in mixed dorms weren't a problem for me. They have everything you might need. Kitchen was great, pretty, clean, with free cutlery, dishes, tea, coffee, everything. I was having breakfast when kitchen was cleaned and was pleased to see they did a good job. Was able to leave my luggage for a couple of hours after check out without any problems. A special mention deserves the rat key from luggage room, so cute.
Beds were really wonky and loud. Not a big deal for me, even though I thought I would fly off the top bed when roommate under me was moving on their bed. Didn't affect my stay at all, just a mention.

The location is great, but the bed frames were super squeaky making it hard to have a deep rest. The price for a dorm bed, however, was cheap.
