The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, very helpful and just awesome. The rooms, kitchen and restrooms were neat and the environment was very serene, which contributed to my peaceful and serene stay in Krakow.

The private room with a bathroom was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bed was nice, and having your own private bathroom was a bonus. Every staff member was so kind and welcoming, very willing to help. We were able to stow our bags for free on our check-out day as well! The location is also ideal; it is a very nice and safe walk from Old Town Krakow and let us see more of the city. Loved the outdoor area as well.
The only weird part was the shower pressure/the water coming in intervals as people say. But it was the only bad part. also bring a towel! although you would only need to pay a deposit for one if I remember correctly.

It was a clean space in a decent location and also most of the rooms the brand-new bathrooms just done but the guy was hard to enjoy all that as we couldn’t open windows in the heat wave and use the outdoor space and we had to climb up the stairs to high floors
We came with a group of 12 I didn’t realise that all the apartments were in third fourth and fifth floor which made it difficult for some of my older friends also no one told us that there were works going on so the outer area we are looking forward to use was out of use and you couldn’t use it all, on one side of the building we couldn’t open any the windows and it was an absolute nightmare because that week was very hot and I could barely sleep so I wish someone told us about that as we would book somewhere else for the weekend. Also the lockers for the luggage were terrible. We spent forever fighting with the lockers which didn’t work. We had to pay a lot of money in deposit to put luggage in the storage and also to get the towels which was quite annoying as you came from abroad and didn’t have much cash on us and the staff was polite but the person at first wasn’t very welcoming and happy to see us. The other stuff were nice, but I didn’t help on the first day trying to sort everything out for a large group. I wasn’t going to say any of that but I kept getting email been asked for review so here it is my honest review. It’s a decent place and it was good to see that they are working on it clean spacious but the staff attitude could be improved the lockers could be burnt a new building place or at least the locks changed as one third of them didn’t work. It would be good to let the people know that the apartments are so high up and there is no lift would be good to highlight the deposit need to be made in cash not by card other than that the meeting spaces were good.
