The main negative was a distinct distance many of the staff maintained from guests, a lack of warmth, poor attempt at reaching out with enthusiasm to the guest and projecting a sense of real hospitality, which should be at the core of every good hotel experience. Some more training of staff to try to be more welcoming and helpful and interested in guests might improve the situation. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice.

The pool wasn’t usable during our stay . The prep for summer was just beginning.

Excellent location with breakfast included and offer of dinner included in accommodation cost which we accepted. Would definitely recommend this option as dinner was excellent.
Everything was great with exception of the shower above bath which I found uncomfortable to get in and out being a middle aged lady with short stature. Would not be comfortable for people with disability.
