The location is just perfect
Cleaning of rooms was quite good
The breakfast was nice too, we would just add some fresh vegetables
The staff at reception, which is the face of the hotel, was unfriendly, not a single smile during our stay. Stayed in different hotels of Rimini and Riccione before, it was strange to see such people. Only business, not a single positive emotion from them. Answers to our requests were poor and short, not really willing to help.
The beds in the room - just terrible, short and uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and was making a lot of noise. We were supposed to have a room with one double bed and one sofa-bed, but had just two tiny single beds.
The swimming pool is a joke, it is just covered with plastic lining inside. That’s why it was always empty. The stairs at the pool are not fixed well.
No place to dry your swimsuits or towels after the beach. Usually there is something at the balcony, here - nothing.
In whole, we had a feeling that the hotel is just taking advantage of its location and doesn’t care much about keeping the rest at high level.
