Ramada Hotel’de gerçekleştirdiğim konaklamadan son derece memnun kaldım. Otele adım attığınız ilk andan itibaren tüm çalışanların güler yüzlü, ilgili ve son derece yardımcı yaklaşımı kendinizi özel hissettiriyor.
Özellikle kahvaltı salonunda görev yapan ekibe ayrı bir parantez açmak isterim; gösterdikleri özen, samimiyet ve hizmet kalitesi gerçekten mükemmeldi. Güne böyle kaliteli bir hizmetle başlamak harikaydı.
Güler yüzlü personeli ve yüksek hizmet standartları için tüm ekibe teşekkür ederim, kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel.

The location is good, close to the centre.
This is not a 4 star hotel. Apart from a 3 star standard room, there wasn't any facilities a 4 star hotel should have.
The breakfast was good.

Very centrally located , we weren’t exploring much in the area but it’s an easy walk to a lot of restaurants and stores which was very convenient and nice
The rooms didn’t seem to offer air condition. While I understand it’s still considered winter here, the rooms were incredibly hot and didn’t offer the option of changing the air. We went into our room and found it exptremely hot , and they asked us to open a window.
We tried the window option but still didn’t fix our issue. Once we told them this is was rectified by changing our room to one with an AC .
We came to Ankara after around 18 hrs of travel so this situation didn’t help at all. But thankful to the helpful staff
